Process
The training is based on navigating a feedback session performed by a manager. The story is based on a branching scenario in which there are options which lead the conversation in a wanted or unwanted direction. At the beginning there are three options. Two are wrong and one is right. To measure if the options is good or not, there is a mood meter that measures the employees mood.
Based on experience we created a scenario inn which we included the basic errors made by managers when feedback is being delivered. Most common being wrong time and place, or being too detailed and broad. If done correctly, through the course all correct steps are applied and we get a happy employee with correct feedback delivered.
In some cases there are situations of escalation and de-escalation. Try to find all possible ends, 5 in total.

Features
Custom visuals: The illustrations are edited and adapted stock illustrations sourced from dedicated websites.
Gamification: Adding the mood meter and sound effects bring the course to a new level of gamification. Also, the various ends also give a sense of suspense if the choice was correct or not.
Scenario: We added real-life consequences, so we can create a relation between the manager and the employee, which can be transcended to the learner. The goal is for the learner to be able to identify the correct steps of a good feedback.
Future development
From the feedback received, we are working on a expanding the scenario to have more endings and escalating/de-escalating situations that will give it an even more realistic feel.Број дозвољених покушаја: Неограничено
